Add 1 sweet potato
Next
add 1 1/2 cup almond or hemp milk
Then
1 frozen banana
Add 1 Tbs. pumpkin pie spice
1
tsp.
vanilla extract
1
tsp.
cinnamon
dash of nutmeg
Instructions
Roast sweet potato in oven at 350 degrees until very tender (about 45 minutes). Cool and remove skin.
Blend all ingredients together starting on low and increasing speed as needed.
