Chocolate Cherry Shake

Cherry Chocolate Shake Recipe

Servings 2 10-ounce servings

Ingredients
  

  • Serves 1 large or 2 small 10 ounces
  • ¾ cup coconut milk
  • ½ cup frozen organic cherries or fresh, if you have the patience to de-pitt them yourself!
  • ½-1 ripe banana depending on sweetness desired
  • ¼ cup mashed ripe avocado
  • 2 tsp. raw cacao powder
  • Toppings: unsweetened flaked coconut mini non-dairy chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Add the coconut milk, cherries, banana, avocado and cacao powder to the blender. Starting the blender on a low speed, blend until smooth. If needed gradually increase to higher speeds and blend until smooth.
  • Top with flaked coconut and mini non-dairy chocolate chips if desired. Enjoy!
