1packet of acai berriesfind in the freezer section at health food stores
Juice of 1 lime
Optional: ½ a ripe banana if desired
Instructions
Add the chia seeds to the coconut water and stir. Set in fridge overnight to allow chia seeds to form a gel.
Add chia gel, goji berries, acai berries and juice of a fresh lime to blender. Starting the blender on a low speed, blend until smooth. If needed gradually increase to higher speeds and blend until smooth.
Taste, if more sweetness is desired ½ a banana can be added.
