Goji Chia Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 8 ounces coconut water
  • 1/4 cup goji berries
  • 1 packet of acai berries find in the freezer section at health food stores
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Optional: ½ a ripe banana if desired

Instructions
 

  • Add the chia seeds to the coconut water and stir. Set in fridge overnight to allow chia seeds to form a gel.
  • Add chia gel, goji berries, acai berries and juice of a fresh lime to blender. Starting the blender on a low speed, blend until smooth. If needed gradually increase to higher speeds and blend until smooth.
  • Taste, if more sweetness is desired ½ a banana can be added.
  • Enjoy!
