Ayurvedic Breastmilk Coconut-Dill Mushroom Recipe

Serves 2-3

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 Tbs. scallions chopped
  • 16 ounces mushrooms sliced (cremini or any other kind)
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup chopped dill no thick stems
  • Sea salt to taste
  • Freshly cracked black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat the water in a saucepan over medium-high heat and add in the scallions and mushrooms, until the mushrooms start to soften (about 3 minutes). Lower the heat to medium and add the coconut milk and dill, stirring well. Season as desired and serve fresh.
