Grapefruit Thirst Quencher

Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces coconut water
  • ½ a large grapefruit peeled and deseeded
  • ½ cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • ½ a banana
  • ½ cup fresh spinach
  • cup fresh watercress **see notes

Instructions
 

  • Add the coconut water, grapefruit, pineapple, banana, spinach and watercress to the blender. Starting the blender on a low speed, blend until smooth. If needed gradually increase to higher speeds and blend until smooth.
