1medium head organic cauliflowerchopped into florets
24ozvegetable broth
3bay leaves
2cupscoconut milk
Black pepperto taste
Sea saltto taste
Micro-greensoptional as garnish
Instructions
In a large pot over medium-high heat, add the cauliflower, vegetable broth and bay leaves and bring to boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 35 minutes.
Discard bay leaves.
Add the mixture to your blender with the coconut milk and blend until smooth. Gently reheat.
Season as desired with black pepper and sea salt. Top with micro greens to serve. Enjoy!
