Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 tsp. powdered cloves
  • 1/4 tsp. powdered cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. powdered turmeric
  • 1 1/2 - 2 tsp. honey or maple syrup

Instructions
 

  • Mix all the dry ingredients together
  • Add in the honey or maple syrup
  • Blend well into a paste
  • Enjoy!
