Raw Acai Fudge

This wicked awesome fudge can be eaten on its own or topped with some chopped banana, coconut flakes and/or slivered almonds or blueberries.
- 2 Sambazon Unsweetened Acai Packets
- ½ ripe avocado
- 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/3 cup cashews
- 1/3 cup erythritol or omit and add extra coconut nectar
- ½ tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tbs. coconut nectar or maple syrup
