Spring Love Elixir

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup almond, hemp, oat or coconut milk
  • 2 Tsp cacao powder
  • 1 Tsp rose water (can be purchased bottled at a health store, or online)
  • ΒΌ Tsp ashwagandha powder
  • Maple syrup or raw honey (to taste)

Instructions
 

  • Heat the milk to medium-high heat. When just under boiling, pour into a mug.
  • Add the other ingredients and mix well.
  • Use a frother if you like to create a frothy drink for yourself (completely optional).
