Ingredients

cup
almond, hemp, oat or coconut milk
2
Tsp
cacao powder
1
Tsp
rose water
(can be purchased bottled at a health store, or online)
ΒΌ
Tsp
ashwagandha powder
Maple syrup or raw honey
(to taste)
Instructions
Heat the milk to medium-high heat. When just under boiling, pour into a mug.
Add the other ingredients and mix well.
Use a frother if you like to create a frothy drink for yourself (completely optional).
