Cut the broccoli into florets.
Next, heat the coconut oil in a pan over medium heat, and lightly sauté the broccoli florets, for 2-3 minutes. Add to a large bowl when finished.
Mix the tahini, water, lemon juice and sea salt in a small bowl until mixed well together. You can add a bit more water as desired to make the tahini mixture into a thinner, more easily pourable consistency.
Toss the tahini sauce into the broccoli until evenly coated, and add the broccoli sprouts on top. Serve fresh!
