Bone-Building Broccoli & Tahini

Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium heads of broccoli (cut into florets)
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • ¼ cup tahini
  • 1 tbsp water (or a bit more as needed if you like a thinner consistency)
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • Sea salt (to taste)
  • Large handful of broccoli sprouts

Instructions
 

  • Cut the broccoli into florets.
  • Next, heat the coconut oil in a pan over medium heat, and lightly sauté the broccoli florets, for 2-3 minutes. Add to a large bowl when finished.
  • Mix the tahini, water, lemon juice and sea salt in a small bowl until mixed well together. You can add a bit more water as desired to make the tahini mixture into a thinner, more easily pourable consistency.
  • Toss the tahini sauce into the broccoli until evenly coated, and add the broccoli sprouts on top. Serve fresh!
