Blackberry Vegan Ice Cream

  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 1 large frozen banana peeled
  • 1/2 cup of coconut milk full fat
  • 2 Tbs. cacao nibs optional


  • Place all your ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour mixture into a container and place in the freezer for an hour until it hardens up.
  • Scoop out 2 servings into your favorite ice cream containers and enjoy!
