Preheat your oven to 350.
In a large mixing bowl, mash together the ripe bananas until wet and creamy.
Sprinkle in your spices and shredded coconut, and stir in your almond butter until your dough forms a large ball.
Brush your baking sheet with coconut oil or line it with parchment paper.
Using a tablespoon, scoop your dough into balls and line them up on your baking sheet.
Using a fork or a spoon, press each ball down to flatten each cookie.
Bake your cookies in the oven for 10-12 minutes.
Remove from the oven once they are golden and let cool before enjoying!
