Creamy Banana Spice Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 2 large ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp. nutmeg
  • tsp. ground cloves
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • ½ cup almond butter
  • ¼ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 Tbs. coconut oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350.
  • In a large mixing bowl, mash together the ripe bananas until wet and creamy.
  • Sprinkle in your spices and shredded coconut, and stir in your almond butter until your dough forms a large ball.
  • Brush your baking sheet with coconut oil or line it with parchment paper.
  • Using a tablespoon, scoop your dough into balls and line them up on your baking sheet.
  • Using a fork or a spoon, press each ball down to flatten each cookie.
  • Bake your cookies in the oven for 10-12 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven once they are golden and let cool before enjoying!
