Feel Radiant Green Harvest Smoothie

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 ripe banana peeled
  • ½ lemon peeled and deseeded (I like the extra fiber by adding in whole lemon, instead of just the juice sometimes)
  • 1 handful of baby kale
  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 1 handful of chard
  • 2 fresh figs
  • ½ inch piece of fresh ginger peeled


  • Prepare all your ingredients.
  • Place all of your ingredients into your blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy!
