Feel Joyful Cacao Fudge Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups raw walnuts
  • 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • ½ cup cacao powder
  • ½ cup goji berries
  • cup coconut nectar
  • 1 tsp minced ginger
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Prepare all your ingredients.
  • In a food processor, grind walnuts until they have a smooth consistency. In a mixing bowl, combine coconut nectar, shredded coconut and cacao powder, mixing well.
  • Add in ground walnuts, ¼ cup goji berries, ginger, and sea salt, and mix until smooth.
  • Line glass baking dish with parchment paper, and press mixture into a dish creating a flat layer.
  • Top with remaining goji berries, and cover with saran wrap. Place in freezer for an hour, until chilled to desired consistency, before cutting and serving.
