Combine coconut, almonds, dates, salt, and coconut nectar into food processor or high speed blender. Add a tablespoon of water until you reach desired texture.
Roll into balls or “donut shapes” and place in freezer for about 30 minutes.
For the chocolate drizzle, mix cacao powder, cacao butter, and maple syrup until smooth consistency.
Dip donuts into the chocolate and place onto a baking sheet and cool in fridge
Top with optional toppings: crushed almonds, sea salt, dark chocolate shavings, etc.
Place in fridge to harden for 15 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
