Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ cup pineapple
  • 1 vanilla bean or ½ tsp. of vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp. cinnamon
  • ½ cup large coconut flakes
  • Garnishes: coconut flakes mint leaves, banana slices, berries

Instructions
 

  • Add coconut milk, banana, pineapple, vanilla, and cinnamon to blender.
  • Add coconut flakes if you like a thick smoothie OR mix in the coconut flakes once blended to give your smoothie a delicious texture.
  • Garnish with optional toppings if desired. Enjoy!
