Warming Ginger Nectarine Smoothie Recipe

Servings 1 smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • Add 1 cup water
  • Then 1 nectarine
  • 1-2 " chunk fresh ginger grated or finely chopped
  • Next add 1 ripe banana
  • 1 tsp. maca powder
  • 1 Tbs. coconut nectar optional, to taste

Instructions
 

  • Blend all ingredients together until smooth in a high speed blender and Enjoy!
