Pineapple Sprout GGS Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups filtered water
  • 1 cup clover sprouts
  • ½ a large bunch fresh spinach
  • ½ of a large pineapple
  • ½ a lemon
  • 1 banana optional

Instructions
 

  • Add the filtered water, spinach and clover sprouts to the blender. Starting the blender on a low speed, blend until smooth. If needed gradually increase to higher speeds and blend just until smooth being careful not to overheat the smoothie.
  • Add the pineapple and lemon juice and blend again. Taste, if more sweetness is desired, up to a whole banana may be added and blended again until smooth.
