Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
Add broccoli and let the water return to a boil.
Once water is boiling add in pasta. Cook 12-15 minutes (as directed by package).
In a separate pan, saute bell peppers until tender.
Add in mushroom and simmer until tender (3-5 minutes).
Next add coconut milk, spices, and stir together.
Add in red sauce and tomatoes and remove from heat.
Lastly, add in your cooked pasta and broccoli and toss together.
Sprinkle on some nutritional yeast and red pepper flakes, season with sea salt and pepper to taste and enjoy!
