Healthy Glow Kale Salad Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • • 1 bunch Lacinato Kale
  • • 2 Roma tomatoes chopped
  • • 6 cherry tomatoes chopped
  • • 1 small cucumber chopped
  • • 1 red pepper chopped
  • • 1/8 cup Kalamata Olives sliced
  • • 1 avocado
  • 2 Tbs hemp seeds
  • • ½ juice of a organic lemon
  • • Handful of sprouts
  • • Sea salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Wash and de-stem the kale.
  • Then, shred the kale into small pieces, pat dry.
  • Slowly massage avocado and lemon juice into kale by hand, this will be your dressing.
  • Combine all other ingredients in a large bowl. Enjoy!
