Ingredients
• 1 bunch Lacinato Kale
• 2 Roma tomatoes
chopped
• 6 cherry tomatoes
chopped
• 1 small cucumber
chopped
• 1 red pepper
chopped
• 1/8 cup Kalamata Olives
sliced
• 1 avocado

Tbs
hemp seeds
• ½ juice of a organic lemon
• Handful of sprouts
• Sea salt
to taste
Instructions
Wash and de-stem the kale.
Then, shred the kale into small pieces, pat dry.
Slowly massage avocado and lemon juice into kale by hand, this will be your dressing.
Combine all other ingredients in a large bowl. Enjoy!
