peeled

purple cabbage
sliced very thinly
Handful of bean sprouts

Tbsp.
chopped fresh parsley

tablespoon
raw apple cider vinegar
1
Tsp.
flax oil
Sea salt
to taste
Freshly ground black pepper
to taste
Instructions
Grate the carrots in a food processor. Set aside. Prepare rest of the ingredients.
In a medium bowl, combine the carrots, cabbage, bean sprouts and parsley.
Pour the ACV over the ingredients and lastly massage the flax oil into the salad with freshly washed hands.
Season to taste with the option of adding salt/pepper.
