Pumpkin Smoothie Bowl Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • ¾ cup cooked pumpkin
  • 1 banana
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • tsp allspice

Instructions
 

  • Combine smoothie bowl ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth.
  • Transfer to a bowl and add sprinkle of cinnamon and a few banana slices as toppings (optional).
  • Enjoy!
