Ingredients

cooked pumpkin

banana
½
cup
almond milk
½
tsp
cinnamon
⅛
tsp
allspice
Instructions
Combine smoothie bowl ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth.
Transfer to a bowl and add sprinkle of cinnamon and a few banana slices as toppings (optional).
