like the So Delicious brand

cup
coconut water

tsp.
coconut nectar or ½ tsp. powdered stevia
optional

tsp
freshly grated ginger
Instructions
Add the banana, yogurt, coconut water, coconut nectar or stevia (if desired), and ginger into the blender.
Blend until smooth.
