Ingredients
  

  • 1 ripe banana
  • ¾ cup vanilla coconut yogurt like the So Delicious brand
  • ½ cup coconut water
  • 2 tsp. coconut nectar or ½ tsp. powdered stevia optional
  • 1 tsp freshly grated ginger

Instructions
 

  • Add the banana, yogurt, coconut water, coconut nectar or stevia (if desired), and ginger into the blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
