The Winter Glowing Green Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup filtered or spring water
  • 2 cups chopped spinach
  • 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 small apple or half a large one • 1/2 banana
  • 1 Tbs. fresh lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Blend the water, spinach and romaine. Add the apple, banana and lemon juice, and blend again until smooth.
  • Enjoy!
