Super Easy, Delish GF, Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies

You have to try my Super Easy, Delish GF, Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies! This recipe is simple and does not take too much time, and is as healthy and whole-food based as possible.  If these things are important to you too, you are in for a great recipe! There’s no hard to find egg replacers, freezing dough or mixing too many ingredients. And you can dress them up with green and red vegan sprinkles for the holidays, if you would like to!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup oat or almond flour
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil melted
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup vegan dark chocolate chips
  • green and red vegan sprinkles optional for Holiday

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Mix the oat or almond flour, baking soda, and sea salt together in a large bowl.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients of maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
  • Fold the wet ingredients into the middle of the dry ingredients and whisk until well mixed (the dough will be pretty thick!).
  • Mix in the chocolate chips.
  • Grease a baking sheet with coconut oil, or line it with parchment paper.
  • Drop 1/12 of the cooking dough onto the sheet, spacing evenly into rows.
  • Pour desired amount of sprinkles on to cookies.
  • Bake for 10 minutes, then bring out to cool, moving on to cooling racks, for at least 10 minutes before eating.
