organic peppermint tea bag
steeped in ½ cup boiling water, then cooled
1/2
cup
hemp milk
1
cup
spinach
Handful of fresh mint

ripe banana
frozen optional
3
tablespoons
non-dairy chocolate chips
divided (you can find vegan chocolate chips in most stores)
Instructions
Add the peppermint tea, hemp milk, spinach, mint leaves, banana and half the chocolate chips to the blender.
Starting the blender on a low speed, blend until smooth. If needed gradually increase to higher speeds and blend until smooth.
Top with remaining chocolate chips and enjoy!
