Mint Chip Smoothie Recipe

Servings 1 large or 2 small servings

Ingredients
  

  • 1 organic peppermint tea bag steeped in ½ cup boiling water, then cooled
  • 1/2 cup hemp milk
  • 1 cup spinach
  • Handful of fresh mint See Note
  • 1 ripe banana frozen optional
  • 3 tablespoons non-dairy chocolate chips divided (you can find vegan chocolate chips in most stores)

Instructions
 

  • Add the peppermint tea, hemp milk, spinach, mint leaves, banana and half the chocolate chips to the blender.
  • Starting the blender on a low speed, blend until smooth. If needed gradually increase to higher speeds and blend until smooth.
  • Top with remaining chocolate chips and enjoy!
