Process the almonds and dates in a food processor (or a blender). Press firmly into the bottom of a 9’ pie dish, creating a raw crust.
Blend the water, Glowing Green Powder, Brazil nuts, maple syrup, cacao powder, acai, and coconut oil until smooth. Pour over the crust and smooth into an even layer with a spatula or a knife.
Place on an even surface in the freezer, and freeze for 4-6 hours, until solid or overnight.
Take it out of the freezer right before serving (it can thaw for a few minutes if it's hard to cut). Carefully lift under the crust to keep it intact—it's raw and made of pressed nuts and dates! Garnish with mint, and enjoy!
