Heart and Gut Alive Parfait Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup Non-dairy milk (I prefer hemp, almond, or coconut)
  • 1 scoop Glowing Greens Powder (GGP)
  • 1 ripe Banana
  • 2 cups Coconut yogurt
  • 1 cup Blueberries

Instructions
 

  • Blend together the milk, Glowing Greens Powder and banana.
  • Scoop the yogurt into two 8-ounce jars. Pour the blended mixture over the top evenly. Swirl together and top with the blueberries.
