Vitality Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup chopped kale
  • 1 cup spinach
  • ½ cup cilantro chop off thick stems
  • 1 stalk celery chopped
  • 1 banana
  • ½ of a whole orange or 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
  • Optional topping ideas: coconut flakes banana, orange slices

Instructions
 

  • Blend kale, spinach, cilantro, celery, banana and orange juice starting on low and increase speed until smooth.
  • Top with desired toppings.
  • Enjoy!
