Heart Open Chocolate Mousse

This recipe serves 3-4

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Mashed avocados
  • ¼ cup Coconut Oil
  • 1 Tbs Vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup Almond Butter
  • ½ cup Maple Syrup
  • 1 Tbs Coconut sugar
  • cup Raw Cocoa Powder
  • ¼ cup Cold filtered water
  • 1 pinch Sea Salt
  • Cacao nibs, for topping! (optional)
  • Fresh raspberries, for topping!

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients except for the water into a food processor, and process until smooth. If the mixture is too thick and you need a little more liquid you can add the water 1 Tbs. at a time.
  • Scoop into containers and top with the cacao nibs and fresh raspberries or cherries.
