Subscriptions & Recurring Billing

Certain products or services offered through the Service may be sold on a subscription basis.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize BEAUTY DETOX, LLC to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the frequency and price disclosed at the time of purchase until you cancel. Subscription details, billing cycles, renewal terms, and cancellation instructions are provided on the product page and within your customer account.

Failure to cancel a subscription prior to the next billing cycle will result in continued charges.

Reselling Policy

BEAUTY DETOX, LLC is the sole authorized seller of Solluna® by Kimberly Snyder products.

Products purchased through this site are for personal use only and may not be resold on any other website, marketplace, retail location, or platform. Any violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of purchasing privileges without notice.

Mobile Message Service Terms & Conditions

The BEAUTY DETOX, LLC mobile message service (the “Service”) is operated by BEAUTY DETOX, LLC.

By opting into the Service, you agree to these Mobile Terms. We may modify or cancel the Service or its features at any time without notice. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of those changes.

We do not charge for the Service, but message and data rates may apply based on your wireless provider. Message frequency varies.

Messages may be sent via automated technology. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing goods or services.

To opt out, text STOP to (855) 741-0602. You will receive a one-time confirmation message. For help, text HELP to the same number or email love@mysolluna.com.

We may change the phone number or short code used to operate the Service at any time. Messages sent to outdated numbers may not be received, and we are not responsible for honoring such requests.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date mobile contact information.
