    I started this product 3 weeks ago and just went on about life normally. I did start to notice some constipation about 1 week in so cut the dose In half for now and am trying to increase my water intake. Those issues have resolved and I will try the full dose again soon. I have also noticed my fine hair is slightly thicker, my cheeks are losing their normal irritated redness and my skin is more balanced looking overall, and I have a decreased appetite. I’m excited to see what else I notice as I continue.

    Why I pay extra to have this shipped to Canada

    I’ve tried other probiotics to save money, even though they were high-quality, but I always came back Selena SPO probiotics.

    Even with the added cost of ordering from Canada, I continue to re-purchase because I genuinely value the difference I’ve personally experienced.

    For me, it’s been well worth the investment.

    I love that the product is pure and backed by research that Kimberly stands behind
