I thought this would be a fitting post after a holiday weekend, and one that marks the beginning of summer! Hope you had a great Memorial Day Weekend. Mine was interesting to say the least. We had some friends in town working on another film. Here’s a few things I did this weekend I’ve never done before: Met Brett Favre. Ventured out of New Orleans to Baton Rouge. Went to a Kenny Chesney concert- my first country music concert ever- where we got to watch the whole show back/sidestage. Explored the Lousiana swampland and did a ‘gator tour!
Now back to our blog topic…Losing weight in a sustainable and healthy way isn’t about starving ourselves- it’s about eating the right foods that will nourish us at the same time they are helping us meet our weight goals. Here are 10 foods to help:
1. Oats:
Oats are carbohydrates, something most people trying to lose weight fear. However, oats can help you lose weight. The reason is, unlike other refined carbs, oats digest slowly, are packed with fiber and have little impact on your blood sugar. I recommend eating oat groats because they have the highest nutritional value of all oats. Generally, all oats are healthy and can help you lose weight, as long as they are minimally processed. Avoid “instant” oatmeal.
2. Cinnamon:
Cinnamon may seem like your everyday spice, but many people don’t realize that it can actually help you achieve your weight loss goals. Cinnamon helps cure sugar sugar cravings in-between meals and some studies show it helps control blood sugar levels, and by offshoot fat levels. Try my cinnamon-containing Vegan Vanilla Latte recipe.
3. Avocado:
They may be high in fat, but don’t be fooled, avocados are still a top weight loss food. That’s because they contain heart healthy beauty fats that help you stay satisfied longer, along with fiber and lots of minerals. Make sure you use portion control– depending on the size and your activity level, ½ – 1 ½ of a small-medium avocado is allowable. Remember, moderation is key in any healthy diet, especially when trying to shed some extra pounds.
4. Watercress:
Everyone already knows that vegetables are your best friend when trying to lose weight, but most people don’t know about this leafy green. Watercress has natural cleansing properties, as it contains isothiocyanates, which boost our body’s detoxifying capabilities. This also helps keep our skin clear and glowing. It is also a great source of vitamins B1, B2, B6, C, E, manganese, carotenes, calcium, fiber, iron and copper. Try adding watercress in green salads and add a bit to your Glowing Green Smoothie.
5. Coconut Oil:
Coconut oil are primarily made up of medium chain fatty acids, that have been proven to promote weight loss, because the medium-chain fatty acids tend to be converted into energy, rather than stored as fat. Though it is a saturated fat, it contains no cholesterol, like saturated animal fats. It also boosts thyroid function and helps to increase the metabolism. Use it as your cooking oil and utilized in one of many good desserts.
6. Lemon:
Adding lemon to food and drinks is probably the easiest thing you can do to kick start your weight loss. Drinking lemon water is known to help control the appetite. But that’s not all, lemon’s enzymes help rejuvenate liver tissue, our main fat-burning organ. High in vitamin C, lemon also helps support skin collagen. Be sure to have your hot water with lemon in the morning, as well as adding it to your smoothies and salads.
7. Rooibos Tea:
When it comes to tea, rooibos is a great, caffeine-free choice that helps with weight loss. Not only is it calorie free and naturally sweet tasting, but rooibos also contains powerful antioxidants. Drinking rooibos is a great compliment to a healthy diet when trying to lose weight. Try sipping it in between meals instead of sugary sodas, coffees and juices, you’ll be surprised how satisfied you are! It is also great late at night when we don’t want to eat right before bed!
8. Sea Vegetables:
Sea vegetables are a true super beauty food, as they are packed with vitamins and minerals that improve your overall health, and iodine, which supports thyroid function and therefore our metabolism. It’s a great source of vitamins A, B6, C, E and K, and its naturally low in calories. It’s adds a “salty” flavor to food while being low in bloating sodium. Find dulse, nori, laver or kelp at the Asian section of your health store and sprinkle on salads and in soups.
9. Seeds:
Seeds are a great food to incorporate your diet when trying to lose weight. They are high in nutrients and omega-3 fatty acids, making them a great energy source. Seeds are also a good source of vitamin E, they taste great, plus they add a nice texture to compliment many dishes. Try adding seeds on top of salads, in smoothies, or on top of oats. I recommend eating flax, chia seeds, sunflower, hemp and pumpkin seeds.
10. Dark Chocolate:
Chocolate is often viewed as a sinful indulgence, however eating a small amounts has been proven to be good for your heart. Especially while transitioning your diet, it can help squash sweet cravings for heavier desserts which will set us back. Be sure to get the dark chocolates which are at least 72% cacao. They have more antioxidants and contain no dairy.
I hope they foods are very helpful to you in helping you achieve your weight goals!
Love, Kimberly

That is so great!! thanks again!!! Very exciting.
Hi Kim, I read your book and tried to find raw oat groats. I found “whole oat groats” at Whole Foods in the bulk bin section. Are these raw or should I look for them somewhere else? Thanks!!
Yes the whole oat groats are great! Enjoy the recipe for the Raw Rolled Oat cereal!
Yes use those!

super, i cant wait!!!!
Hi Kim!
Your book is amazing and finally my skin is clearing up thanks to getting rid of soy!!
That’s awesome!!
Hi Kim!
You are such an inspiration, you are awesome and such a gorgeous person!
Just want assurance from you that I’m doing everything correctly.
I’m basically doing the True Beauty phase and on average my days start with a Green Juice then around 2 hours later I have a warm lemon drink. Lunch is usually a massive salad combined with you dressing recipes. I alternate grains with dinner, so one night I may have quinoa with veggies, and the next night I’ll have salad with soup, etc. I always make sure I eat some raw saukraut and take an enzyme before dinner. And every now and then I’ll eat a smal handful of activated nuts (but away from other foods).
Throughtout my days I drink plenty of water with squeezed lemon and consume white tea.
I have struggled with eczema skin issues which cover parts of my face, hands and arms but since following your program, this has all nearly cleared up! It’s like a miracle, can’t believe it.
I was vegan a few years ago and back then my skin did clear up but then it came back worse. I don’t think my body was absorbing nutrients properly and wasn’t cleansing properly either.
So thankyou so much for bringing your book out! I have gotten alot of my friends onto your book – Australians want to be healthy too! :)
xxx
Hi Tamara,
Thank you so much, and that’s terrific for you! I’m so happy to hear that and I do love Oz so much. Typically I would say to have the warm water with lemon first, but if your order works well with your body then that’s great. Your diet sounds really great! Sometimes you can vary it with a little tempeh here and there, and be sure you’re using hempseeds, flaxseeds, chia, etc. as a source of omega fatty acids.
Oh, and be sure to take a good multivitamin, since it sounds like you’re vegan, for B vitamins and also D3.
Thanks for helping spread the word on the Beauty Detox Solution! I truly appreciate it! :)
xx Kimberly
Hi Kim, just a quick question: would you recommend a multivitamin to everyone or just vegans? I think I should take a multivitamin… But I’d like to know what kind/brand you recommend. I have skin that breaks out horribly but your tips have been helping. I want to try the green smoothie sooo badly but I have no blender and I’m saving for a vitamix! Thanks for all your help Kim :)
Thankyou for your response Kim, really appreciate it!!
Have actually started taking a B12 supplement this week and will definitely take your advice to start taking a D3.
On the weekends when I don’t have to work, I try to have a warm lemon drink first and then make the green juice when I’m hungry. By the way, my husband loves the green juice and even credits it to helping him get rid of mild diverticulotis symptons! And he loves the Alkaline Veggie Burgers too :).
I try to incorporate flax oil into my salads each night but will start to add in chia seeds, etc as well.
I love your blog and have started to incorporate natural body products. Have been wearing no face makeup to work during the week to let my skin breath, and I now use jojoba oil to take off my eye makup which makes the skin around my eyes feel amazing! I now wake up in the mornings with white eyes instead of blood-shot eyes :).
Once again, thankyou so much for sharing your information with the world. I truly appreciate it and for once in my life I feel like I’m finding a cure for my skin issues and finally feeling ‘free’!!!
Sending you love xxx
Hi Kim
I love all your advice and tips. I have read your book and I keep on thrue beauty sometimes I drop to other level. I have some questions on you.
1) I drink green juice then about 2 hours later green smoothie both 32 oz. abouut noon I have salad avocado and I would like to eat your oats it is ok to eat it at lunch? I want to keep longer elimination only with liquid as you advice in thrue beauty
2) You write in this post to put seeds into smoothie or oats. It is ok combo oats and seeds? I thought seeds should not be eat with carbs. I might be wrong.
3) In what kind of smoothie do you put seeds? I mean I love seeds but I am trying hard to put in any kind of smoothie. NO to green smoothie no to fruit smoothie only with accai one.
4) when I put seeds on salad with avocados it is ok? Because you have written that avocados should not be mix with nuts/seeds. The only way for good combo I put them to my evening salad with your Nutritinal yeast dresing.
I wan to be sure that I am doing alright
Thank so much for answer
Hi Michaela,
You’re having 32 ounces of juice and smoothie? That is a lot. I would do the juice in the morning then the smoothie for lunch or later on in the afternoon. Seeds like chia or hemp can go in an almond milk smoothie. I’ll do a post on this soon. You can mix a moderate amount of seeds and avocado, but keep in mind it is heavy so only do a small amount of seeds. they are nutritionally dense and not as heavy as nuts. I never eat nuts and avos together, which feels too heavy to me.
xx Kimberly
Hi
Thanks a lot for the answer
I drink 32 oz green juice at 7 a.m, and then smoothie 32 oz about at 10 a.m. I get up at 5 a.m so it will be hard for me to wait with smoothie till lunch and I run in the morning or walk so I need some kind of fuel that why so much.
And what about oats and seeds?
Hi-Is any one else out there having trouble receiving Kimberly’s blogs, e-mails, updates??????????????

Hi Kimberly!
I love this post! Which brand of dark chocolate do you recommend? The ones I find have added sugar in them…
I heard you also met my sis as the book expo–I hope to meet you one day as well!
Yes it was great meeting your sis! All dark chocolate will have sugar in them, so try to get organic if you consume them and small amounts, otherwise buy raw cacao and make your own chocolate desserts, like my recipes! xx
Wondering if there were any healthy tips for gaining weight?
Yes I have some blogs on this I believe, and have many other questions on this. Check it out!
Kimberly,
I have read your book and been looking at your blogs for a few weeks. I am very inspired by your program but I am due with my second child in 2 weeks and wanted to get your opinion on following the program as a breastfeeding mother. Any advice would be helpful, thanks!
Also, have you ever tried synergy kombucha tea which contains probiotics? It is so good! I wanted to know your take on the product.
Thanks!
Congratulations, Amanda! I was breastfeeding my first and having trouble w/ my milk supply when I started reading Kimberly’s blog, and the green smoothie helped so much! Plus I felt like I was making such incredibly nutritious milk for my little one. (And she now drinks daily green smoothies herself :) The only thing I found with eating this way is that as your child grows and her nursing increases, you might have to work hard to eat enough. If I did not have enough food I would wake up ravenous during the night. I’d usually get up and eat some nuts/seeds if that happened. I also was not completely vegan when I was nursing.
Hi, I just recently found your blog and I went into a tizzy. I got your book on Mon and started reading (My mom is also stealing it and reading when I’m not:)
My concerns are I don’t want to lose weight as I’m 5’2 and 98 llbs. I have a 2 1/2yr old girl and gained fat in stomach area that doesn’t seem to want to go away. I’m thinking I want to start as a BB as I may have Candida issues, I don’t eat meat often (once a month or less) and would prefer to eat fruit/nuts instead, can I do this as a BB? Can you tell me if the bumps on back of arms (aka chicken skin) related to Candida? I have really dry cracked skin and would love to have glowing skin once again. Thank you for your book and website, I love them both.
I also would love to know thoughts on chicken bumps. Have tried everything for them!
Hi Reishma,
The skin issues may def. be related to the Candida, and def. to the diet in general. If you want to clear up the Candida, you have to stop eating fruit for a little while and focus on rebalancing your body. Probiotics, and Probiotic & Enzyme Salad, or raw sauerkraut, are really important foods for you. You can have the GGS but only with green apple and lemon as your only fruit.
Try the salads and other suggestions as a BB I suggest, instead of the fruit and nuts, and see how you do for 2 weeks.
xx Kimberly
Hello Kim!
Love all your advice! I have been enjoying your book –read it all the first day I had it–and go back for reference regularly. I really like nuts and seeds/chia, however, I don’t care for the nut pate’s. I am trying very hard to figure out where to put them in my diet. If I eat them with salad at lunch I’m not sure what else I can have with them. Also I used to eat them as a snack when I would get home from work starving-to hold me over until dinner (usually an hour or so after I get home by the time I prepare it). I know that if I have the nuts or seeds at that time, I’m supposed to wait 3 hrs before i eat something else. Then dinner would be way to late! I want them in my diet to boost my protein and minerals though!! I don’t get them much in my diet now.
Also, I have been following your tips for some time but having trouble with food combining and then being hungry. Maybe it’s because I’m unsure of what to put together for a whole meal and then I end up not eating enough? Or maybe I’m not getting enough protein or fat with a meal? I eat fish on occasion but do not eat any other meat and I avoid dairy, refined flours, refined sugars, avoid agave 90% of the time. I do like coconut milk (so delicious brand), dark chocolate, eat organically almost 90% of the time, I incorporate, chia and hemp seeds in my diet. I usually have a green smoothie 4-5 mornings a week. However. I have noticed this past 6-8 months that my facial skin has become increasingly drier, I’ve had eczema patches, and very sensitive facial skin. I have ALWAYS had acne –since the age of 10. I have used Accutane 3 times over the years ( I know–soooo bad) out of desperation to help with the acne. I have used antibiotics as well. I just can’t do anything to stop my acne. It has cleared up quite a bit by changing my diet over the years, but still very chronic-especially on my chin (which i hear is hormonal and my birth control pill is supposed to help but doesn’t). I use all natural organic facial products that are oil free by Eminence Organics. I have had people say to use jojoba oil or other oils for acne–that just seemed to congest my skin further.
Anyway, I feel helpless when it comes to my skin and even with following your tips, I can’t shake the acne or balance the dryness and irritation. I have gone as far as to use the Blessed Herbs internal cleansing kit before following a very clean diet to give me the best start. Maybe I’m not doing a good enough job following your plan to get clear skin and the best results. I am trying very hard–but I know I’m not perfect and eat things that aren’t 100% on the plan because I have weaknesses a few times per week. Any other suggestions for us out here that can’t get the glowing awesome skin you seem to håve from the plan?
Thanks in advance for any advice you might be able to lend. I would GREATLY appreciate it! Also, how about a blog about meal ideas/menus and new food combos? Would love that so much!!
Hey Ann,
Your whole email was about what you are eating- but remember that I emphasize that what you’re eating is only half the battle. You have to focus on cleansing and eliminating, esp with weight and skin issues. You need to be sure you are taking probiotics and eating P & E salad or buying raw sauerkraut. Your green intake should be way up- huge salads.
I’m going to do a blog soon on a protein smoothie that you can have after/instead of your salad lunch that will help keep you more full. Also, digestive enzymes and colonics are really important. Kombucha might be good for you in the afternoon- more probiotics and helps w/hunger.
xx Kimberly
Thank you, Kim!
I am also doing probiotics regularly. I have kombucha occasionally. I do really like raw sauerkraut or P & E salad as well. I don’t eat them daily but add them in to my diet regularly. What else can I do to cleanse & eliminate besides colonics? I just love any info I can get my hands on. I am a graduate of Integrative Nutrition (maybe you have heard of it?). There are so many food theories and some work for some people and not for others—as you know! Thinking of going to school for nutrition and give up my career as a dental hygienist–just not too fond of the reductionist views of the traditional nutrition courses to become a nutritionist. Any ideas on that? I know you are a nutritionist that probably followed a very western/traditional view on health and eating–but have chosen to apply your knowledge from your world travels and your own research. I LOVE THAT! I would much rather be able to follow that path! You are someone I admire :) keep all the great info coming…..so interesting.
Thanks again,
Ann
Hi Kim!
I have been following your blog for about 2 years now & I just finished reading your book for the first time! Can I just say how much I LOVE it?! It makes eating right even easier & I take it EVERYWHERE w/ me! (work, doctor’s office, grocery store, movies, mall, etc, I’m truly a fan!) I am currently saving up for a VitaMix & hope to purchase one soon!
Anyway, I had a few questions for you in case you have time to answer…
1. You recommend taking a probiotic in the morning and evening. If I can currently only afford to take the supplement once a day (to make my box last longer!) would I be better off taking it first thing in the AM w/ my lemon-water or last thing at night before bed? I want to get the maximum benefits out of it…
2. You mention the hot water w/ lemon drink but how hot is hot enough? I am afraid of killing the beneficial enzymes in the lemon if I actually make my water HOT, like boiling? Usually I heat it just before it boils then let it sit for 10 mins or so to cool down a bit before adding my lemon juice…should it be more warm than hot? Or is hot water really best?
THANKS SO MUCH for all you do to help us out Kim!!! I REALLY appreciate your light!
peace and blessings,
michelle
PS. I already started re-reading your book and plan to keep doing so to make sure I really master all the concepts! :)
I think drinking the lemon water, with water from the tap is better… this is not a statement from an authority, just someone who drinks lemon water every day… run the tap for a sec then get hot water and add lemon… its much nicer that way
hi, i really like your book! the part about avoiding milk products and getting enuff calcium from regular veggies and fruits was great advice..i no longer worry about the fact that i am lactose intolerent.
Do you eat your flaxseeds whole or do you use a grinder? Just curious. :) I am sure that you soak these is water too? Chia, hemp and coconut oil are sooooo hard to find. Making a trip to a whole foods market this afternoon to stock up on Organic and try to find the other things that are listed in the Beauty Detox Solution!
Grind the flaxseeds to get the nutrients from them absorbed into your body. Soaking them makes them gooey which is an eggless substitute in recipes.
Hello Kimberly,
I am so exicted I found your site! I am going to buy your book and look forward to learning all this fun info. from you. How do I get a newsletter?
Thank you,
Lori
Hi Kimberly,
I just discovered coconut oil and I used it as an alternative to butter in brownies and they were delicious! Do you have any other ideas for how to use coconut oil? I love your blog and have recently changed the way I eat based on rules behind food combining and food sequencing. I have had terrible digestive issues for years and I’ve noticed how these few guidelines have really changed how I feel everyday. I saw your segment on the Today’s show where you mentioned eating fruit on an empty stomach and that is now something I also stick to. Your information is great. Enjoy Louisiana! That’s where I’m from!
Great and interesting article. Loved reading it. Can’t wait to read some more posts.
HELP????
Hi Kim,
Been using the guidelines from you’re book with food combining and the wonderful recipes (My boyfriend is from the south and a lifelong meat eater is enjoying them as well) We both LOVE the morning drinks and have become a staple in our diet. I am a lifelong vegetarian (NEVER HAD A HAMBURGER, POULTRY IN MY LIFE) SOMETIMES EAT FISH, so this transition has been easy (do miss the dairy) but you’re writings just make sense (The traffic Jam effect, etc) With this said I have become very constipated, hate to be graphic but on a few occasions had large rock hard black stool, was painful to pass. I also (maybe due to this have a horrible bladder infection) Do you feel that this is “old crud” that is leaving my system? Is this normal, have you heard of people having this experience? I have always been very regular and this isn’t consistent, just a few times have had this problem with constipation and rock hard large stool. Im sorry to be so graphic, and if this is “Old stuff” I welcome the release. Or do you feel that I am missing something in my diet? I HAVENT LOST ANY WEIGHT YET, REALLY WANT TO LOSE 15 LBS (HAVE A HORRIBLE METABOLISM, CAN YOU SUGGEST ADDING DELATING ANYTHING?)
I also would love it if you could post what you would order at restaurants. Example, I know you love coconuts (have switched to coco milk and creamer) for the rare occasions I need “Dairy” Is veggie Thai curry a great dish on this? If you were to go for Sushi and did have fish what would you order? And one last question how do you feel about Goat Milk Ice cream for an occasional treat. I eat out often and would love if you could post you re top choices at all major restaurants, ITALIAN, ETC. besides the obvious…Veggies etc.
I AM SO HAPPY THAT PEOPLE ARE RECEIVING YOU, YOU RE BOOK AND MESSAGE SO WELL. I AS A VEGETARIAN FIND ITS BEST TO EDUCATE AND NOT JUDGE, LEAD BY EXAMPLE. PEOPLE LISTEN AND I FIND MY MEAT EATER FRIENDS THAT I HAVE URGED TO BUY YOU’RE BOOK RESPECT YOU’RE HONEST SIMPLE APPROACH TO HEALTH!!!! SO BLESSED TO HAVE READ THIS AND PASSED ON MY GREAT FINS TO FRIENDS!!!!
BLESSINGS,
ALEX
Kimberly,
I am halfway through your book and have begun to incorporate the rules and science you mention in it in my daily routine. I have been trying to loose those last pounds for months now, and just by incorporating the rules in your book for a couple of weeks I’ve already lost 4 pounds!
My question for you is where do beans (specifically black beans) fit in as far as the food pairing goes? Should that be a food I avoid altogether, or are there foods I can pair with it? I have several soups that I love that incorporate beans, and I would also like to substitute meat in some of my recipes with beans. Is that ok?
Thanks!
Heather
Are you in New Orleans? I’m on the Mississippi Gulf Coast! I just discovered your blog when looking for new green smoothie recipes. Our area desperately needs a restaurant, health food store or something that can get this philosophy of clean, healthy eating to the masses! All my friends think my smoothies are nuts! Thanks for the great posts and ideas.
Hi Kim I had a question How much proiten do I need in my diet I am 5 foot 1 and weigh about 118? Is it ok to add alittle protin powder to green smothie i have been doing it and it gives it a smoth consisttancy. Thanks I have enjoyed your book and looking forward to to trying more of you recipies.
I bought your book yesterday. I went to 2 healthfood stores and looked on the internet and cannot find anyone who knows what magnesium-oxygen supplement is. Can you tell me more about it and wherre to find it. Thanks
Thanks so much for the great book! I’m really fascinated by the food pairing and am working it into my already vegetarian diet.
I have a question for you – I eat a lot of Ruth’s Very Berry Flax Power bars for snacks – here is the link for ingredients https://www.ruthshempfoods.com/store/product.php?productid=16152
and am not sure if they’re OK / fit in with your food pairing guidelines? If you could let me know your thoughts – I would appreciate it! They seem to have a lot of ingredients that you advocate so I thought maybe they would be OK. Thanks!
I am going through menapause and gain weight for no reason at all. I am 55 yrs. old very ative. I run 5 to 8 miles a day. What is going on i cannot drop a pound. HELP!
Hi Kim,
I was wondering your take on coconut milk? I know you rave about the benefits of the oil and juice/water, but didn’t know if the milk was as good for you,
Thanks!
I love coconut milk also. It has fat, but a cholesterol-free fat that is nourishing. We need some fat, but it should not be excessive in the diet in general. xx
Can I just say what a relief to find someone who actually knows what theyre talking about on the internet. You definitely know how to bring an issue to light and make it important. More people need to read this and understand this side of the story. I cant believe youre not more popular because you definitely have the gift.
Simply want to say your article is as astounding. The clearness on your publish is just nice and i can suppose you are knowledgeable on this subject. Fine with your permission allow me to seize your RSS feed to keep updated with coming near near post. Thanks 1,000,000 and please carry on the enjoyable work.
Indeed I was surprised to see some of these foods on this list! :)
Which Template are you using?
Hi,
I have a question about the lemon water… I’ve heard that people with high blood pressure drink lemon to lower their blood pressure. Is there a problem for people with low blood pressure drinking lemon water?
Could you please provide some links for purchasing sea vegetables? Ans also tips for incorporating them in recipes. I have read you should be careful where you purchase these products because of the pollutants they can contain just like farm raised fish. Could you please give more information on this topic.
Thank you for another great post. Where else may anyone get that type of info in such an ideal method of writing? I’ve a presentation subsequent week, and I’m on the look for such information.
Hi Kim,
I’ve recently been turned on to Unsweetened Flax Seed Milk, which seems to be low calorie, great non-dairy source of calcium according to the nutrition info. Do you think flax milk is a good alternative to milk and other non-dairy milks? I prefer the taste to almond or soy milk.
Thanks!
Recently I’ve been steadily losing weight and was wondering why as I hadn’t been trying. After a friend noticed and asked what I’d been doing, I said nothing really-the only thing was that I was on an avocado kick and had been eating half an avocado on toast for breakfast for the last month. She said “There you go-avocados promote weight loss!”
So I’m here because I did a search for ‘avocado weight loss.’ I had no idea they promoted weight loss! Therefore, even without trying I was doing something to help shed those extra pounds I had put on over the last few years! My avocado addiction has paid off-I’ll just have to remember not to overdo it and keep it down to half an avocado…I just love them!
Its been two weeks now I started with the weight loss plan, and I’ll say drinking 2Liter of water everyday helps a lot, at first it was hard because I’m used to junk food ,but now I exercise daily for 20min and I’m starting to look good .
Hi Kimberly! Love this topic about natural weight loss foods and was just wondering if seaweed is considered a “sea vegetable” and if I can somehow incorporate homemade vegan sushi when i begin the Glowing lean System? Thanks so much for all your advice-I can’t wait to start the system and become a new me!
Needed to post you that bit of note to be able to give thanks more than once again about the awesome concepts you’ve documented in this case. This is so surprisingly open-handed with you to offer without restraint all that a couple of people would have marketed as an e-book to earn some cash for themselves, specifically considering the fact which you might well have done it in case you considered necessary. The smart suggestions likewise served like the straightforward way to realize that other individuals have the identical desire exactly the same as my own to realize a terrific deal far more on the topic of this problem. I’m certain you can find thousands of more enjoyable times up front for folks who take a look at your site.
Good information. Lucky me I found your website by accident (stumbleupon). I’ve saved it for later!
Thank you for the good writeup. It in truth was a entertainment account it. Glance complex to far brought agreeable from you! However, how could we keep in touch?
Hi Kimberly,
I am 16 years old and have been following the Beauty Detox Lifestyle for a year now. Your book is a saviour! I am so glad that I have been empowered by you to make the best of life and live as healthy as possible. Thank you xxx
Hi kim I’m breastfeeding and was wondering if drinking lemon and honey water in the morning can affect my supply
Research states that what we eat is/makes up a very high percentage of out weight and exercise plays a small role in weight loss. In my expertise like many others, we can eat clean and exercise but weight isn’t easy to come off, don’t matter if we eat clean it just won’t come off… any ideas of what to do next?
Ps, suppelements don’t help either it’s just bad for the body organs…
Alex
Hey,
Thanks for sharing these healthy tips.
Oats are really helpful in losing weight. Moreover, the most effective way to lose weight is to follow a good meal plan because this serves as your guide into eating on the right foods, at the right amount, and at the right time.
