I’m so excited to share Juan’s remarkable story as this month’s Beauty Detox True Beauty Transformation! At 220 pounds, fell into depression and stopped exercising. Clothes became tight and procrastination was stopping the weight loss. He also lives with bipolar disorder and one day stumbled upon The Beauty Detox Solution. Fast forward to now, he has lost 18 pounds, has more energy and fewer mood swings!
During my juicing research, I stumbled upon the Beauty Detox Solution. I instantly fell in love with the knowledge and how it was written. I was glued to the book every morning. I had finally found a book that I totally agreed with. Little did I know that radical changes would happen in two months’ time! After I read the book, I realized I could actually afford and find the time to make Kimberly’s recipes. It was simple and it totally fit my busy lifestyle. But, the best part was the new wisdom I had. Just knowing what specific foods did what for my body made me feel empowered. Food straight from God’s food factory—EARTH. And that was just the beginning.
At first, it felt like I moved to a new country and was being introduced a new world’s cuisine. It was a totally new learning experience for me, which made transitioning extremely exiting. I couldn’t believe how foreign some of these natural ingredients were to me. It opened my eyes to realize l I didn’t know much about nutrition after all. Other programs basically instructed what to eat and when. That’s it. The biggest difference between Beauty Detox System and everything I tried before, was that I actually loved the new dishes here. Plus making them, of course. I’ve never been so excited about telling people about Beauty Detox System every time they asked me how different I look. It makes me so happy to see how it’s influenced lots of my loved ones. I finally even got MY MOM to consider juicing. That alone, was worth sticking with this ! (My mother has to have the opposite opinion of me even when she agrees with me.)
So, after two months of eating this way, I’ve lost 18lbs and now have to buy smaller clothes. Combined with my exercise, I’m actually molding the body I’ve always wanted to have. Doing it natural at that. No more supplements, expensive programs, or surgery needed at all.
It was so crazy how I WAS experiencing what Kimberly said would happen. I had so much energy, less mood swings, better sleep, less cravings, was always in a great mood and was healthier than ever. Why would I want to stop eating like this ! I’ve recently been blessed to become a first time dad, and it’s an amazing coincidence that right when my fiancée gets pregnant, is exactly when I know all this amazing knowledge about food to keep her and the baby healthy. Perfect timing! :)
Today, I don’t count calories or read as many labels. I only practice putting the nutrition I need into my diet, without having to depend on processed or refined foods. I don’t need to buy expensive supplements or torture myself with “diets” that have no freedom. I can’t even start to explain how much food affects the world because that’s a whole other story. But, it feels great to know that there’s other people like me doing the same, and together we are making a big change
