Feel Satisfied Rainbow Gluten-Free Pasta

You will feel so satisfied making my Rainbow Gluten-Free Pasta for dinner one of these evenings. It is so surprisingly delicious and creamy! Your entire family will love it!

Even better, it is gluten-free and properly food combined dish so you won’t feel the bloat like you might from your standard pasta recipes. You’ll be able to digest it much better, which makes us feel so much better all around, in all ways :).

Avoiding Inflammation

Food combining on a regular basis, as best you can, is a way to break through to a more cleansed and detoxified body. As we continue to make digestion easier and prevent the dreaded bloat, we help to avoid physical and emotional inflammation in our bodies. Our diet plays a  huge role in low-grade inflammation in our bodies. And this type of inflammation can lower our vitality and make us more susceptible to diseases.

The Solluna philosophy, outlined in my prior Beauty Detox book and my newest book, Recipes for your Perfectly Imperfect Life, is naturally anti-inflammatory in its dietary and lifestyle approach. It shows you how to find a balance in protein, fat, and carbohydrates. And it is based on nutrient dense, fibrous foods devoid of gluten, dairy, meat, sugar, and processed junk.

To learn more be sure to check out my books. And for now, my Rainbow Gluten-Free Pasta is a great recipe to support you in this!

Why Gluten-Free Pasta

There are so many congestive foods out there that I highly recommend to let go of. And Beauties, pasta made up of gluten is one of them. Gluten is a sticky protein that is difficult for many to digest. Which is why I opt for gluten-free noodles in this Rainbow Gluten-Free pasta recipe.

I like using brown rice gluten-free pasta because it tastes closest to real pasta and is quite filling. Brown rice pasta is among the list of my favorite beauty grains. But we live in a time where there are so many other gluten-free pasta options available. Some of the other choices could be amaranth, quinoa, millet, buckwheat, and wild rice.

Fiber Helps Us Feel Our Best

My Rainbow Gluten-Free Pasta recipe also has something else pretty amazing worth noting. Fiber! All the delicious and nutritious veggies that are in this dish bring some dietary fiber into the mix too. And we all can use a boost of fiber in our lives.

Fiber is often forgotten when people think about their overall health and nutrition. But fiber is such a crucial element in our diet that we need to consume in order to feel our best! Think of fiber as the hairs that are connected to a broom. When you eat fibrous foods that broom goes into your digestive tract and scrubs away all the waste that built up inside over time. Fiber is responsible for keeping you regular and cleansed!

Cleansing and detoxing our insides significantly help other parts of our body as well. And we all want to eat meals that help us feel our very best, don’t we? My Rainbow Glute-Free Pasta will leave you feeling so satisfied with all its delicious flavor and amazing nutritional properties. Be sure to share it with your friends and family too!

Thanks so much checking out my recipe Beauties. Be sure to pin the top picture to your Pinterest board, and tag me in your Instagram posts. I always love to see how your dishes turn out!

Hi Kristin…this should feed 4-6 servings depending on how big the bowls are and how hungry each person is. Test it out according to your families needs. Let us know what you think. Lots of love!;)

Kimberly, hello! Love you and all you stand for. My digestion thanks you a million times over!
Anyway, I don’t see where this recipe drains the pasta water. Do you recommend we drain it before adding the pasta and broccoli to the sauce? I’m assuming so.
            Thanks!

Thank you so much Mandy for your kind comments. And yes, you will want to drain your pasta. Lots of love to you and continued support! 😉
