Ingredients
1 orange peeled &
separated
1 cup cranberry juice – unsweetened (please the equivalent of cranberry extract
as well)
1/4 cup of cold purified water
1 banana
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg
½-1 teaspoon stevia
Pinch of cayenne pepper
Instructions
Add all ingredients to the blender. Starting the blender on a low speed, blend until smooth. If needed gradually increase to higher speeds and blend until smooth.
