Chilla Gorilla
Wise, kind and lovable, Chilla is always there to offer guidance on how to let big feelings wash over by staying connected to our hearts, the steady anchor within, and return back to peace and calm, also known as coherence. His character is based on our Papa!
Lanky Lemur
Incredibly adorable, fun-loving and full of energy, Lanky has big feelings and needs guidance on how to create more calm and peace in his life. He learns by direct experience, so these heart-based living lessons will benefit him for his whole life forward! His character is based on our beloved Emerson.

ABOUT THE HEARTALIGN⢠MEDITATION: This child and family-friendly version of the HeartAlign⢠Meditation will help your little ones and the whole family find peace within, and find the steady anchor inside the heart, to move past big feelings and emotions into calmness.
The HeartAlign⢠Meditation has been proven in research to efficiently increase coherence, or heart-brain communication, pivotal for health and happiness. Coherence helps you access heart intelligence, which is the foundation for emotional intelligence, as well as tap into the heart emotions: peace, compassion, love and care!
The HeartAlign⢠Meditation is adapted in part from HeartMathâs Quick Coherence Technique, with their permission, and it also incorporates some of Paramahansa Yoganandaâs techniques.
The team at Solluna ran a study on the HeartAlign⢠Meditation with the HeartMath Instituteâs research team, with 30 participants practicing the meditation over four weeks, four to five times a week. There was an average increase of 29 percent in coherence levels of participants being able to shift into and sustain a state of coherence. And importantly, there was a 10 percent increase in their resting state coherence levels, indicating that they had established a new baseline of coherence. In other words, the participants had reprogrammed their nervous system to a more optimal functional state in just one month.
