- 3/4 cup chopped mango
- 1 1/2 cups of coconut water
- 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 tsp. coconut oil

I love both versions of this smoothie. I have a question… Can I add protein to this smoothie? Either version? I love it and want to use it after I work out.
Hi Linda – absolutely, yes you can. I only discourage using protein powder in our morning GGS. Otherwise, all other smoothies you have in the afternoon are a great option to use powders. Lots of love to you! ;)
