That’s right Beauties, give yourself some beauty points when you make my Cacao Fudge recipe. It’s loaded with goodies that will make you feel sexier, smarter and just a tad bit sweeter too!

To sweeten this Cacao Fudge recipe up just a bit, I opted to use my favorite liquid sweetener, coconut nectar. This is by far my favorite go-to sweetener since it is loaded with rich minerals and amino acids. Now that’s not to say it’s okay to have a lot of it. As in any sugar, we know they are best used in moderation. Lucky for us though, coconut nectar is low in fructose, providing little impact on our blood sugar levels.

1. Prepare all your ingredients.
2. In a food processor, grind walnuts until they have a smooth consistency. In a mixing bowl, combine coconut nectar, shredded coconut and cacao powder, mixing well.
3. Add in ground walnuts, ¼ cup goji berries, ginger, and sea salt, and mix until smooth.
Line glass baking dish with parchment paper, and press mixture into a dish creating a flat layer.
4. Top with remaining goji berries, and cover with saran wrap. Place in freezer for an hour, until chilled to desired consistency, before cutting and serving.
