Creamy Pineapple Ice Cream Recipe
Itâs that time of year, when you especially want some ice cream! I have one for you today that I am thrilled to share!! Youâll be feeling so much lighter and fuller with my Creamy Pineapple Ice Cream Recipe.
And we donât want to succumb to the sugar cones stacked high with gob-fulls of colorful dripping ice cream and gooey bits of caramel and chocolate, BUT we do want an amazing replacement.
We will be avoiding all that dairy and processed sugar that only causes bloating, acne and digestive issues. Instead, opting for beauty foods that will pack your gut with nutrition and make the digestive process a breeze! And itâs delish, which is obviously key (and the point!) when it comes to ice cream.
Beauty Food: Pineapple
I think pineapples are one of the best fruits ever! A delicious tropical fruit that also has amazing beauty and health benefitsâincluding improving digestion, helping shed weight, improve the immune system and increase circulation (to name just a few).
Pineapple also hydrates and is packed with bromelainâa special compound that helps to promote optimal digestionâwhich is key for truly supporting you in expressing your natural beauty<1>!

Pineappleâs bromelain enzyme also helps in improving circulation and reducing mucus (key components to ongoing cleansing and detoxification), keeping your skin soft and healthy.
Pineapple is an excellent source of the trace mineral manganese (an essential co-factor in a number of enzymes important in energy production and antioxidant defenses). It is also a good source of thiaminâa B vitamin that acts as a co-factor in enzymatic reactionsâ and central to energy production.
This fruit also helps the body naturally detoxify itself and in the process, lose weight. The bromelain enzyme it contains is believed to have anti-inflammatory properties, which can help reduce the onset of aging, pain and even disease.
Other Beauty Ingredients
Bananas
Besides all of those amazing benefits from the pineapple, you will be keeping your body satisfied with one of natureâs most perfect food, BANANA!
Bananas are high in potassium (about 600 mg per medium banana), which is an important mineral and electrolyte necessary for muscular function and digestion. Potassium also helps balance the effects of sodium on your body. As other natural plant foods, bananas contain fiber (3 grams in a medium-sized one). Bananas also contain vitamins A, B, E, K and C as well as 6 mcg of folic acid, which is essential for red blood cell formation. All of this comes in a tasty package that has about 105 calories with 0 grams of fat.
Coconut Water
In addition, you will fuel your body with energy and hydration found in the coconut water. Some key nutrients found in coconut are potassium, magnesium and calcium.
The potassium is an electrolyte that helps to facilitate cellular cleansing and is about twice as concentrated in coconut water, as in a banana (but in no way am I diminishes the power of banana!).
Because it is so full of electrolytesâlike potassiumâit helps to regulate the fluid levels inside cells and balance the high amount of puffiness that may come from too much sodium intake.
Coconut water really is incredibly hydrating, which is critical for your beauty and staying vibrant and being your most energized and gorgeous self.
Dates
Fiber, fiber, fiberâŠ.Iâm always bringing up fiber, and with good reason. Fiber helps to cleanse the body and eliminate our beauty enemy, which is- constipation.
And Medjool dates provide the fiber we need to help cleanse the body, regulate blood sugar, and cholesterol.
Medjool dates are also a great source of calcium and rich in copperâan important mineral that the body uses to help absorb iron, form collagen and red blood cellsâcreating a healthy nervous system and generating energy.
Medjool dates are also great in controlling addiction for sweet foods. Their high fiber content helps you feel full longer and curbs the cravings in the process. Even though they are super sweet, they are unlike empty white cane sugar, and are a natural, unprocessed food grown in nature.
No more coveting those dripping gobs of dairy because you have the best of natureâs beauty foods, right here, in an awesome ice cream form!!

Prepare ingredients.

First, add the frozen chopped pineapple to the blender.

Second, add the frozen ripe bananas.

Third, add the coconut water.

Then, add 1 date. Using a tamper put the blender on the highest speed setting. Mash the mixture until fully mixed and forms into ânice creamâ.

Scoop up and enjoy with your favorite toppings. If firmer consistency is desired freeze in freezer safe container for 2 hours then scoop and serve. Enjoy!
This great recipe is perfect for the occasional summertime treat. So what are you waiting for? Letâs pull out all the ingredients and get your beauty ice cream on!!
