Prevent Sickness Using This Immunity Paste!
Right now everyone around the world is feeling the effects of Covid-19 and worrying about their health and immunity. Besides ginger, which we talk about a lot, I wanted to share some common herbs, spices and foods that we can incorporate right now to help keep our immunity strong.
Very commonly available are organic Echinacea tea and organic Goldenseal tea which can work wonders for your immunity. You can drink this tea two times a day. You may find it not very flavorful but you can add a little bit of organic raw honey or stevia into it. Raw honey is great as it gives a very nice flavor and it also has some anti-bacterial properties. Having this tea is good for clearing all the mucus toxins out. It helps to digest it and keeps the body immunity going.
The second thing that you can do is create this Immunity Paste… You can enjoy it every day in the morning or in the evening after meals. It helps to cleanse your system because these are warming herbs. And if you’re already sick with some type of congestion, you could also have this paste at the same time…it will really help! You can take this twice a day; especially if you feel like something is just coming on.
