We don’t always realize it, but so much of the communication we’ve been taught, receive and give on a daily basis contains subtle elements of violence. This includes blame, judgment and criticism or labeling. But through nonviolent communication, we can learn to state our feelings and needs, and make requests that get answered. Listen in as Tony and I discuss how this is especially beneficial if you’re criticized for how you eat and don’t know how to respond!
Next, we have my very special guest, Elizabeth Lesser, who is a bestselling author and the co-founder of the Omega Institute. Elizabeth focuses on perfecting how to love others and herself, and being authentic rather than perfect in all other areas of life.
