TRANSCRIPT:
Solluna By Kimberly Snyder (00:00.846)
Hi everyone, happy new year. I am so excited for 2026, which feels like a very different era, a new phase. Our theme today is cleanse and renew to breathe fresh life into the new year. So whether you had a very abundant 2025 or more challenging one, this is an opportunity to come again, once again, into a whole new phase. By the way, I can say for me personally,
There was a lot of growth in 2025, a lot of challenges. I know in the Chinese astrological calendar, was the year of the snake, the shedding of skins, starting for us last January with the fires that came out in California. And then just a lot of underground work to rebuild our saloon website and our branding, which will launch this year. So much going on, but not.
exactly showing outwardly. It was just a lot of internal growth, which is beautiful in its own way. But I definitely am excited to birth into this new year and to welcome it in, which is what we’re going to talk about in our show today, not from a place of force or pressure with New Year’s resolutions, but rather allowing and creating more spaciousness for this energy to come in and rejuvenate all areas of our lives.
So I’m really excited to chat with you here today. But before we do, what an amazing time if you haven’t yet already to join our newsletter at mysaluna.com. We have lots of different community happenings, recipes, articles, promotions for our amazing saluna digestion focused supplements, programs. So I encourage you to come into the community, join our newsletter. It’s an amazing way to stay on top of everything.
And also, please share our show with someone you think would benefit. Give the gift of sharing and love this year, which is really the intention of our show. And it helps to spread the support to other beautiful hearts, which is really our intention. Finally, before we launch in, I wanted to thank you, give you a New Year’s thank you from the bottom of my heart for leaving us a review, which could take 10 seconds. It could be one sentence.
Solluna By Kimberly Snyder (02:22.862)
wherever you listen to our show, but it’s an amazing way to support. So I thank you so much in advance. And again, I’m really just so grateful that we’re here in community together. All right, let’s talk about our theme today, which is cleansing and renewing to breathe fresh air into the new year, fresh life, fresh prana, as we would say in Vedic philosophy, this life force. So when we think about freshness,
There is spaciousness and openness that’s needed. It’s sort of like blood circulating through our body in an unobstructed way or a river being able to flow through with less rocks in it. So what starts to clamp down on this life and this energy can take on many different forms. First of all, there can be stress, pressure, it can be emotional.
mental, we can feel rigidity, we can feel like we have to lose a certain amount of weight or our lives are supposed to look a certain way. It could also come from eating a lot of heavier clogging foods perhaps over the holidays, perhaps we took some trips, you know just foods that are more congestive to the body either in refined sugars or
difficult to digest fats or seed oils or whatever it is, there’s lots of ways in which congestion can start to clamp down. So what we really want to think about this time of year is how we can sort of take a energetic deep breath and a really beautiful full exhale and release these obstructions.
And as we inhale again, there’s more spaciousness to breathe this fresh prana, this vitality, this health throughout our entire being, which will of course manifest in more energy, more glow, more health, more success in our creative endeavors, so many different ways. You know, I don’t know about you, but there has been a lot of…
Solluna By Kimberly Snyder (04:33.344)
activities, lot of wrapping up work for the end of the year, lots of things at my kid’s school, going to different holiday parties. So now it seems like an opportunity to create more spaciousness once again, in our schedule. Hopefully there’s an opportunity to have more time for self care, whether that’s just making a nice cup of ginger lemon tea.
or taking some time to meditate, do a heart-aligned meditation or journal, just a little bit more time for spaciousness because again, that spaciousness is the opposite of constriction and will help you to breathe more life in. This spaciousness is also a really important part of rebalancing our nervous system. We’re not meant to be up, up all the time, running around, fitting as much in as we can.
And of course there’s periods of the year which will feel more full than others, including and especially the holiday season. But it’s a really nice down shift to come into this month of January with the intention of scheduling less things, maybe having more evenings at home to make a one pot meal, cook a beautiful soup for you and or your family to be nice and cozy in your slippers.
and to really know that the energy that we’re rebuilding now is going to serve you for this whole year ahead in 2026. So let’s talk about food as our first cornerstone, which is not the most important. They’re all important actually, but we tend to talk about food because it’s physical and it is a tangible way in which we can really elevate our self care.
So we’re here in this moment of winter where we want nourishing herbs and vegetables. a couple recently, we just did a podcast with Dan Buettner and his new Blue Zones Cookbook is about one pot meals, which I really love because I think there’s something really practical about putting love into the food. And I’m laughing because my little one, my younger son, who is five, when he’s
Solluna By Kimberly Snyder (06:55.758)
sees me cooking, he’s like, mama, he’s like, you’re putting the love into the food, you’re putting the love in, because we talk about that a lot. As a family, we talk about that awareness when you’re cooking or whatever you’re doing, there can always be that secret ingredient, that intention to put in love and care. And I really do believe it shifts things. It creates better tasting food, it creates better digestion.
So right now, if you’re feeling heavy or sluggish in your body, you’re starting to feel a little bit of overwhelm, pressure around different New Year’s resolutions, or even scattered, this is an opportunity for you to come back into your wholeness, in your center, in your heart, in balancing your gut, right? We’ve got our three brains here, heart, gut, brain. And so we wanna create that really strong.
center coming up and down within us in the middle so that we can start to reinvigorate that clarity that’s so important as we start the year. And part of that is smooth, comfortable, easeful digestion. We certainly don’t want to be holding on to excess waste and toxins in the body, which encourages more of that sluggishness and that slowness. We definitely want to feel grounded and alert.
but not hypervigilant, not overly anxious or nervous. So I definitely encourage you, if you got off track or to just continue to take your SBO probiotics every day, your amazing Saluna clinically researched formula and your detoxi, which is such an amazing way to give yourself the gift of amazing gut health and eliminate waste consistently without it being habit forming or laxative.
I don’t know where I would be without my detoxing and my probiotics. are my daily staples. And I can only imagine, and I don’t want to imagine how clogged my body would be. I know what it’s like to be constipated, to be heavy, and I never want to go back to that period, which lasted for many years for me. It lasted until, you know, through my early childhood and teens and into my early twenties. And so…
Solluna By Kimberly Snyder (09:09.334)
I still recall that period and there’s nothing like fresh life and fresh vitality. Like I said, it will run through your relationships, it will run through your heart, it will run through your words, it will run through your creative endeavors. And it’s very powerful, being a mother, being a parent. So it’s a really great time of year to sip on hot teas.
This is a practice. I almost always have a hot tea with me these days. It could be as simple as slicing up ginger. I also like rose tea a lot for the heart. It just could be like ground up rose petal tea. I like Tulsi a lot, which is holy basil. Really good for your nervous system. Sometimes I make, you we have so many different elixir recipes on the website.
but I’m rotating the different teas all the time. And it just feels really good for your agony and also just to feel that groundedness in the body. When I’m driving my kids yesterday, I drove to a pretty far away chess tournament. It feels comforting to have a hot drink with me to sip. It feels really great to have while I’m working. It can be great for you to have while you’re getting ready for bed or taking a bath.
It’s just a wonderful practice and it will also help to stoke the digestive fire. And it’s also really wonderful to come into some of these top warm soup and vegetable recipes that we have on the site. I love lentil soup, lentil and veggie soup, veggie and bean soup are dinners that I have with my kids at least a few times a week and we pair it with rice usually.
There was a 2024 review of winter vegetables published on ResearchGate that found that leafy greens, root vegetables, and cruciferous veggies are rich in vitamins, minerals, fiber, and antioxidants that help to protect against oxidative stress and are important this season, especially for grounding in immunity and nutrient density.
Solluna By Kimberly Snyder (11:19.916)
So sometimes we need these reminders, even though some of it we’ve heard over and over again, but there is such a high level of intelligence in nature. So these are some of the foods that are obviously becoming seasonal right now. You could see them at the farmer’s market. You can see them a little bit less expensive in stores because they’re being grown right now. And these are the ones that we can just throw into our soups and stews or stir fries, or if we bake vegetables or however we cook them.
and know that we’re really providing that deep groundedness, which takes place on so many different levels. It takes place down on the cellular level. We can evaluate from a numerical standpoint the different nutrient profiles. And also just energetically, we can feel that this is a type of herbalism, working with the power and plants. What is available? What are we being called to? What are the colors? How does it feel when we eat these foods?
And if you notice for me, when I do eat these soups and stews, feel very, I keep using the word grounded, but I just feel this sense of I am-ness. Like I’m here in my body, I don’t feel overly full, I don’t feel stuffed, I don’t feel gross, but I’m not hungry, I’m not craving anything. I feel nourished and alert and alive. And that’s what we really want to focus on as we’re breathing new life into January and the year ahead.
Now a 2024 study published on PubMed shows that plant-based dietary patterns high in vegetables, fruit, legumes, and whole grains are associated with improved cardiovascular risk factors, lower LDL cholesterol, and enhanced metabolic health. Supporting the role of these foods in steady energy and internal balance goes back to these foods that people have been eating for many years.
These are Blue Zones foods. are foods I’ve been talking about since the beauty detox solution years ago, right? There’s a simplicity and a power in stepping into a diet that is really dense in these foods. By the way, if you’re looking for something that tastes like a dessert coming off the holidays, I’m a big fan of coconut yogurt, which also has some
Solluna By Kimberly Snyder (13:36.398)
transient probiotics, but also has a beautiful creaminess to it with sliced bananas in it or some dark chocolate chips. It sort of reminds me of ice cream or pie, but it does have a dessert like consistency. So that’s something that I keep in the fridge and I’ve been leaning into that lately. I thought I’d share that with you because it’s really wonderful for your body, but is also a really great option as well.
Some of the cleansing herbs that you can put in your glowing green smoothie or you can top on your soups or cook with include parsley, cilantro, and basil, which I love. My family loves pesto. We grow basil in our garden, although I think it’s pretty sparse right now. We just did a big harvest for a pesto dish the other day. But just think about color. Think about movement, right?
everything that we’re eating is sort of white and brown, like a lot of processed foods are artificial. What sort of movement does that inspire? And then when we think about the beautiful colors in nature, like a rainbow running through and the aliveness, that’s the aliveness that we want to feel in our bodies. So we don’t have to get too bogged down with the numbers. Although, you know, again, we’ll link to the in the show notes at mycelina.com to some of the research if you’re interested.
We also have a three day waterfall cleanse program that we’ll link to in the show notes if you’re interested in doing something that’s really fiber rich as well as cleansing and amazing. And it’s a set program that I created. That’s a wonderful thing to do to sort of get your body on track. That’s what programs can do is to jumpstart you into a reset. So you can check that out as well in our show notes.
And I also want to link directly to the hearty lentil and kale soup and the vegan mushroom kale and parsley tom ka soup because I think those are great recipes for you right now. So you can check those out on our show notes as well. So now let’s talk about this energy that we want to get going more throughout the body. Now this time of year that can be sluggishness, sluggishness, sluggishness in your lymphatic system, which can lead to
Solluna By Kimberly Snyder (16:00.024)
more colds, feeling a bit more sickness, if things, toxins aren’t moving through our body more efficiently. Again, we’re coming off travel, the holidays, there can be more stimulation in your nervous system, which those of you that have read The Hidden Power, The Five Hearts, know that when our nervous systems are imbalanced and we’re in more incoherence, what can happen is that our thoughts and our perceptions can start to be quite skewed.
This affects our hormones, this drops our immunity. Many things happen on a physical level in our bodies. So we want to take the time to really connect with how our body first of all wants to move because circulation is important through movement. It could be through walking. Maybe you want to do something a little different, maybe a more invigorating yoga class or a spin class, or you want to bundle up and go on a hike.
or you want to go skiing, I think it’s important that we keep listening to our body’s cues as the collective outer environment continues to shift and change. We don’t want to always push our bodies to do the same thing all the time. For me, I have been rucking lately, which is where you put a little bit, you carry a pack just to feel more groundedness in my body as I continue to do my walks.
or I’ve been doing some stretching, some yoga, but not crazy, hardcore yoga. That was what feels really good to me right now. And then we’re going back to Hawaii where my very physical working on the farm with the trees and the harvesting. So my main physical work there is farm work and I don’t do anything else because my body’s pretty exhausted from that.
So I encourage you to notice what’s going on in your body right now as you’re listening to this. Is there any sort of tightness, which means that circulation is being impeded? It could be in your jaw, it could be in your shoulders, it could be in your back. We just had a really great podcast with Dr. Grant Elliott as well, talking about how movement is key to relieving especially lower back pain in sciatica. Please check that out as well. So if there’s also coldness, you’re feeling stagnation in your feet or your hands or
Solluna By Kimberly Snyder (18:20.684)
tips of your nose. You want to make sure that you’re continuing to get things moving. We talked about ginger tea, some of these warming spices like cumin, coriander, turmeric, black pepper, and so on. You also want to make sure that you’re continuing to walk into these movement practices. You can also try dry brushing or jumping on a little rebounder or trampoline, which I admit
It makes me little dizzy, so I haven’t done that in years, but I do like self massage and I do like dry brushing and I do like scalp massage a lot, which I feel like is really great for all around circulation. Now I also have been doing facial oil massage and it’s not following a set program per se, like one of those charts or really specific video that you might find on YouTube.
But what I have felt intuitively is that I believe it’s a third of all the Marma points are on your neck and head. These are energetic points similarly to acupuncture points that you would find in the Chinese traditional medical system. So this comes from Ayurveda. So what I’ve been doing in the evening and the morning is taking a face oil after I put on my vitamin C serum and before I put on our feel good moisturizer.
just a simple vitamin E non-primitogenic, non-clogging oil, and just really massaging my cheeks, my jaw, and my neck. And it feels like really beautiful self-care. I feel like one of the pathways that I’m opening right now is my throat and my voice and just this expression of our truth and our creativity and
There’s something about massaging the neck, also known as the Vashuda Chakra, and also the face. Again, there’s a lot of energy points, and it feels really relieving, and it feels really calming and rejuvenating. So that’s been a practice that I want to share with you just two, three minutes, twice a day, mostly around my cheeks and my jaw and my neck, but it’s also my forehead as well. And it feels like it’s also relieving a lot of stress in my jaw. Now, the jaw is a really interesting part of our
Solluna By Kimberly Snyder (20:43.192)
bodies because you know how you can clench down on your jaw. For me, this is something I wrote about in Vidi Detox Power when you want that crunch of chips. There’s tension that builds in the jaw and the jaw has a piece of fascia that connects all the way down to the lower back. So there’s a lot of tension that we can hold and sometimes I do believe energetically it comes from not being able to adequately express our needs, our feelings, our truth.
which comes more and more as we become more coherent in our heart. We realize that we really can communicate everything and anything we want to say. We just want to do it from a calm, loving, and clear, compassionate place. But sometimes, you know, life is…
what it is and people have different backgrounds and energies they bring and there’s different types of relationships and things out of our control and the world and work. so anyways, a lot of tension can build up in our jaw. So it’s a beautiful way to release physically from our bodies, this built up tension, how beautiful to step into 2026 with more spaciousness in our mouths, in our throat and our ability to speak.
love to speak truth, to have higher intuition about what our body needs to eat, what we need. So releasing all this, again, can be very physical. Just massaging the jaw and the face is really powerful practice. I talked about this last month as well, but I want to mention light and red light and infrared light, especially right now, because for many of us, it’s the winter time and there isn’t a lot of available sunlight.
And so this is a wonderful way to help relax the body and to increase our circulation, improved cardiovascular function, improved immunity, reduce stress. All of this was reviewed in 2018 from a published in PubMed about regular sauna bathing. And also from 2022, there was a review on red light in particular, finding that it could help improve our mood, especially in the winter.
Solluna By Kimberly Snyder (22:56.534)
and it also helped to reduce different markers of inflammation and help to increase recovery. So one of the ways in which we can work with light this time of year is introduce these wonderful, yes, manmade, but still highly beneficial ways of infrared and red light therapies. Now there’s panels, there’s masks you can wear, there’s centers where you could go into a…
I’ve seen like an infrared sauna with red light panels so you can get a combination and it can all work really beautifully for your overall well-being and elevating your body. Now, our next cornerstone is emotional well-being and this is such an important time as we come into the new year, I would say to take inventory of perhaps what’s been building
in us over the winter so far, over the holidays, what needs a little bit of love. And when I say love, mean awareness shed on it without judgment. And that’s how emotional energies move through is first we want to acknowledge them and become aware. Otherwise, they’re still running programs. They’re still making decisions for us or influencing the ways in which we conduct ourselves in our relationships. But we don’t have that awareness.
So I think it’s such an important time of year to sit with ourselves and start to become more aware. And what we might find is that maybe there’s more emotional irritability or sensitivity or we feel stuck or stagnant. And again, we want to bring light and awareness to that and love and non-judgmental compassion because we all have so many different energies moving through us. We all have lots of
feelings and emotions and ways in which we see the world and our mind tells us that we should have certain expectations or things should be the way they are versus just stepping into each moment feeling more clear and open which is what we can bring more and more as a conscious choice right so some of the things that we want to do especially this time of year we talked about spaciousness at the beginning of our show
Solluna By Kimberly Snyder (25:19.726)
is to make sure that we are avoiding environments right now that can feel draining or that feel like it’s not adding to our energy and we don’t really need to be there longer than we need to be. Right? So I’ll use this as a personal example. There were some holiday parties and you know, I felt good about coming in and
saying hello and saying hello to the families and doing all that. But for me, sometimes small talk that goes on for way too long starts to feel draining. So there was a very clear point at which I just felt like it was time to go and not subject myself to that for hours more. And it was just as simple as that. You give love, you be present, and then you’re aware when it’s time to, with love politely, exit a party or maybe do something else.
I also think it’s really wonderful to connect to different juncture points throughout the day that can feel nourishing so things don’t build up. So what I mean by that is maybe between dropping your kids off at school, this is what I do and I start work. There’s another period of meditation. I do a heart align, I sit, I ground, I go within, I reflect on what’s the highest and best use of my time.
And then I do my walk in the middle of the day. And then there’s another transition point when I come back and I do the same thing, sort of sit in stillness and see how I can best use the rest of my time in the afternoon before my kids come back. And there’s moments where I take time to make myself a nice warm elixir. I make a nice tea.
And I also make that spaciousness for myself in the evenings to meditate, to make elixirs. I mean, there’s these little juncture points that really add up. So it’s not always, I get three hours to sit all day. It’s more like time throughout the day so that there’s a constant stream of self-care coming back in instead of.
Solluna By Kimberly Snyder (27:32.566)
you know, always out, out, giving, giving, giving. There’s also nourishment coming back in, which is really important. Now I want to talk about New Year’s resolutions for a moment because I think there can be a lot of pressure. I think there’s a lot of self judgment when things don’t work out so well. A 2021 study published in the International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health found that motivational processes like goal flexibility and tenacity
relate to mental well-being and the ability to sustain New Year resolutions over time. So flexibility, what this study was looking at is, setbacks can occur. Maybe there’s different time frames that we’re talking about. There’s adaptability to challenges. And this allows us to not feel so stuck. And it means that we can see things through.
So what I love about this study and what I love about the word flexibility, remember we’re talking about flow and flexibility. Like you think about water bouncing along a stream and it hits a rock and so it just goes around, right? There’s that beautiful kaffir energy, which is earth and water in Ayurveda. It’s not rigid. It doesn’t stay stuck. It finds a way to move and flow. And so we don’t have to be so rigid. I have to lose seven pounds by February 1st, right?
If we think about more, you know, I’d like to lose some weight and feel great in my body and in my clothes, you know, by February 15th, but if some things come up, then there’s just more flexibilities and resilience so that we keep going instead of abandoning ship, which doesn’t really move us forward at all in our goals.
So a 2022 systematic review published in Personality and Social Psychology found that those who had negative emotions throughout the day, instead of those who were able to reframe a situation,
Solluna By Kimberly Snyder (29:39.202)
were able, the ones, let me see if I can say this a little bit more clearly, those who were able to reframe and to see that there was learning in real time, in real life experiences had emotional benefits. They were able to create more emotional awareness and more adaptive regulation. They had higher levels of better mood, clarity, and wellbeing. So.
What this study really shows, and this is really related to a lot of the heart coherence work that I was talking about in the last book, The Hidden Power of the Five Hearts, is that so much is influenced by our perception, right? People are like, well, this is the truth and this is reality, but there’s actuality and there’s actually many different realities that we can live in. And this is one way in which we can shape our reality, it’s not just forced positive thinking.
but actually aligning our hearts and our minds and feeling that deep coherence, which then allows us to see solutions forward and allows us to not get into doomsday thinking or thinking that everything is so terrible and negative when actually we don’t have to see it that way. So in this regard, I encourage you to do your heart aligned meditation. We have the tracks over at mysalina.com.
to please check out The Hidden Power of the Five Hearts as we wrap the year. Maybe you’ve read it, maybe it’s a great time to reread it, maybe it’s a great time to pick up a copy or to listen to the audiobook or the hardcover or now the soft cover if you haven’t yet. And by the way, if you love the book, please leave a review as well. It’s a wonderful way to support the book on Amazon or wherever you bought it.
And to continue to do these pauses, like I mentioned earlier, is a really beautiful way to keep the flow going through your day. Instead of, hey, I started it up and I did a meditation, I felt great in the morning. But then I just kept getting pounded down. And by the time three o’clock rolled around, I’m just having the most awful day ever. Right? We want to keep nurturing, taking that time, even if it’s two minutes of stillness, making a nice elixir for yourself.
Solluna By Kimberly Snyder (31:48.046)
doing a nice afternoon break, five minutes, get outside, a reframe, go into your journal. I promise you these little micro moments will serve you well and actually save you so much more time in the app.
So now we’re talking about spiritual growth, sort of the overarching cornerstone, which is connecting to the formless spirit within us, which energy is running through everything. And this connection nurtures and creates the ultimate space, flow, pranic energy of anything else we can do. If we are feeling disconnected, if we are feeling
judged or judgmental or separate or rigid or unrooted or confused, we really want to start to come back into nurturing more time and energy and practices in this all-important cornerstone. When we’re balanced in this way, we can start to feel more trust in the path forward. We start to realize that our lives don’t have to follow a set exact way, but instead can really
flow and shift and adapt and to trust more in divine timing. I think it’s important that we do have goals and we can make resolutions, but at the same time we want to be open to even more amazing things transpiring and taking place because that is the way of things. That’s the way of the universe is that there’s so much more than we can actually see.
or discern in our limited minds and in our limited lives. So one of the things that we can do this time of year especially is to take so much attention off the little self and focus more on giving. This expands the energy flowing through our hearts. How can we give care? How can we give love? Even in simple ways, extra kindness, extra smiles, being, you know,
Solluna By Kimberly Snyder (33:53.834)
a little bit more presence with people that we interact with, which might usually be more of a fleeting transaction. We can offer more presence in a store or an exchange with a fellow parent or a colleague. It is true, the more we give, the more we get, the more flow there is. It keeps the flow going through us and around us. It acknowledges that there’s a greater oneness. So we don’t want energy to get stuck with us.
happens if we start to get a little bit neurotic or narcissistic or just thinking about us, us, us. We want to keep that beautiful flow moving and moving throughout. So we want to focus on gratitude and appreciation for things as they are. There’s a lot of stagnation and stuckness, which happens when we’re constantly picking and wishing things were better or different or ruminating about the past. We want to be here.
Part of this spiritual growth is this magic, the miracle of the now energy. So yes, there’s resolutions. Yes, we may have goals for the year ahead, but it has to start with coming into the year in the first place instead of being stuck back in 2025 or months down the road. What is this miracle energy that’s present in my body, in my heart, in my life right here, right now?
And this is one of the ways in which we bring that forward in the heart aligned meditation. There’s a part where we talk about appreciation. You can just feel into this expansive energy of gratitude and appreciation right now, even while we’re here together, if you go down into your heart, there’s always that energy which you can tune into and tap into, which is huge and it’s massive and it’s miraculous.
I also want to, you know, it’s funny talking about research around the spiritual, but I think that all this research just continues to reinforce what we know intuitively. So there’s a couple of research papers that I’ll link to in the show notes. One is called Neuro Mechanisms of Mindfulness and Meditation, published in 2014 in the World Journal of Radiology. I found that regions like the hippocampus, which plays a role in memory and stress regulation,

had great decreased reactivity to stress, the more we were able to engage in these beautiful practices like mindfulness and meditation. We see it affects our brain, it affects cognitive function, it affects how we feel in our bodies and our lives. And also a 2015 study published in social cognitive and effective neuroscience found that there was a impact in neural stress circuitry.
the more we were able to engage in different mindfulness practices. Again, if you’re interested in going deep into the science, can, or it’s nice to know that it’s there, but to really feel, I think this spiritual growth cornerstone is really about the experience of connection and the antidote to loneliness and disconnection and confusion.
feeling like we’re all isolated or we don’t matter or there’s no purpose, the more we can come down into ourselves and again, focus on giving out love and goodwill to others, focus on being appreciative for life as it comes to us, the more we start to, and nature, being outside in nature, the more we’re getting that flow going and connectivity is the real way to create amazing things in the world. I think one of the issues in which
the ways people approach manifesting, so-called manifesting, is that people get really rigid about what they want, which comes from the mind, right? It comes from a very small place, and it can close us down. But instead, if we’re in a much more open-hearted energy, we can still have goals, we can still have resolutions, but we can also stay open to more flowing in. And that’s a really powerful place to connect to this energy inside of us.
I am the heart, I am the creator, I am one with spirit, I am one with all, this oneness, this love, I am the love. And to feel that and to feel whole and to feel our wholeness, which is the ultimate place of health, well-being and energy flowing through. So please do, especially for this Power Hour show, check out the show notes at mysaloon.com. We’ll link to those amazing recipes, as I mentioned.
