Hi everyone and welcome back to our Thursday show. I hope that you are doing well. And if you're feeling great today, I hope that today's show will help to further elevate your energy. And if you're feeling that you're in a little bit of a stuck place or there's a little bit of stagnation right now, which is natural, we all go through these different periods. I hope that today's show will also uplift you. Today we're gonna be talking about empowering your thoughts which will help you to really thrive in life. And this is such a huge part of the wellness piece. I feel like now more than ever, we're starting to acknowledge our thoughts and our feelings. And of course, our third cornerstone here at Solluna is emotional wellbeing. But still, because we don't actually see our thoughts and our feelings, sometimes we overvalue the physical parts of our lifestyle, as which products we're using or how much we're exercising or what foods we're eating, which are all very important pieces of the puzzle as well. But as we'll get into the research and aspects of today's show, our thoughts start to impact our feelings and our emotions.Episode Summary
