The “GGP Kit Giveaway” (“Sweepstakes”) starts at 12:01 am Pacific Time (“PT”) on October 02, 2024. Sweepstakes ends at 11:59 pm Pacific Time (“PT”) on October 09, 2024, for the receipt of an electronic entry. The sponsor of this Sweepstakes is Beauty Detox LLC, 5830 E. 2nd Street, Casper, WY 82609 (the “Sponsor”). Sweepstakes shall be subject to these Official Rules, and by entering, all participants agree to be bound by terms and conditions herein. Certain restrictions may apply.
ELIGIBILITY: THE SWEEPSTAKES IS OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA (THE “ELIGIBILITY AREA”), EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AS OF THE DATE OF THEIR ENTRY. Employees and their families of the Sponsor, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent companies and agencies (collectively, the “Promotion Parties”) and those living in the household of the same are not eligible to enter or win. A prize won by an individual that is considered a minor (“Minor”) in the legal jurisdiction in which he or she resides will be awarded in the name of his or her parent or legal guardian. Void outside the Eligibility Area and where prohibited or restricted by law. All Federal, state, and local rules and regulations apply.
PRIVACY INFORMATION: All information collected in connection with entry in the Sweepstakes will be subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
HOW TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES. There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes:
By text or by email. The methods of entry are as follows:
BY TEXT: By submitting the entry form, you will be opted-in (if you are not already opted-in) to receive Solluna text messages to the cellular number provided at the time of entry. You will be automatically entered in the drawing upon submitting the entry form and will receive one (1) entry. You must be opted into Solluna text messages in order to enter. Message and data rates may apply. Up to 1 message received per entry attempt. Text “STOP” to 1-855-741-0602 to stop and opt-out. Text “HELP” to 1-855-741-0602 for help. If you enter the Sweepstakes by registering for Solluna text messages, you must be opted into Solluna text messages on the drawing date (listed below) to be eligible to win the prize.
NOTE ABOUT ENTERING SWEEPSTAKES VIA TEXT USING A DEVICE: When you use your Device and/or transmit data via your Device, standard data/text messaging rates may apply according to the terms and conditions of your service agreement with your wireless carrier. Other charges may apply (such as normal airtime and carrier charges) and may appear on your mobile phone bill or be deducted from your prepaid account balance. Wireless carriers’ rate plans may vary, and you should contact your wireless carrier for more information on rate plans and charges relating to your participation in this Sweepstakes. Check your device’s capabilities for specific instructions. Text messages will be sent from an automated system. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same Device. All entries must be complete to be eligible. Use of any automated or computer system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. By texting you will be opting in to receive future marketing communications from Sponsor. Reply “stop” to opt-out.
BY EMAIL: You may enter the Sweepstakes by sending an email to love@mysolluna.com with the Subject Line: “Enter me into the GGP Kit Giveaway” The email must include your email address, first and last name, mailing address, and month and year of birth to receive one (1) entry during the promotional timeframe.
Qualifying Entries may be referred to herein individually as an “Entry” or collectively as “Entries”. Each individual submitting such Entry may be referred to herein individually as an “Entrant” and collectively as “Entrants”.
The Promotion Parties and all Internet server(s) and access provider(s), and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent corporations, and advertising and promotional agencies, and all of their officers, directors, shareholders, employees and agents (collectively, “Releasees”) are not responsible for: any incorrect or inaccurate entry information; human error; technical malfunctions; failures, omission, interruption, deletion, or defect of any telephone network, computer on-line systems, computer equipment, servers, providers, or software, including any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes; inability to access the Web Site or any pages thereof; theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries; data processing that is processed late or incorrectly or is incomplete or lost due to telephone, computer or electronic malfunction or traffic congestion on telephone lines or the Internet or any web site, (including the Web Site). Illegible, incomplete and entries in excess of the stated limitations will be disqualified. False, fraudulent or deceptive entries or acts shall render entrants ineligible. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants affirm that they have read and accepted these Official Rules. The Sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants hereby submit to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal and state courts of the United States and waive the right to have disputes arising out of the subject matter hereof adjudicated in any other forum.
WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION: Sweepstakes winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries on or about October 11, 2024, by representatives of the Sponsor, whose decisions are final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. The winner is considered a potential winner pending verification of his/her eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.
Odds of Winning: The odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible Sweepstakes entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
Winner Notification: The winner will be notified via text (to the phone number provided at the time of entry) or by email (if entering by sending an email to love@mysolluna.com) and must respond to the text or e-mail to confirm eligibility and provide their mailing address within three (3) days of notification in order to be confirmed as a winner. If a potential winner fails to respond within three (3) days, email or text notification is returned as undeliverable, the entrant shall be deemed to be ineligible, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate potential winner will be selected.
No substitution for a prize will be permitted by a prize winner. If necessary due to unavailability, a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded at the discretion of the Sponsor. Prizes are not transferable, assignable or redeemable for cash.
All federal, state and local tax liabilities, if any, are the responsibility of the prize winner.
Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission (except where prohibited) for the Sponsor to use the Grand Prize Winner’s name, likenesses, biographies, statements, and any other similar materials for publicity purposes without additional compensation or limitation.

Prizes may not be sold, bartered or exchanged by the winner. Prizes are provided “as is” and without any warranty of any kind. By accepting a prize, the prize winner acknowledges compliance with these Official Rules.
The odds of winning a prize are determined by the total number of eligible Entries received and are equal regardless of the method of Entry. The total ARV of the prize is $67.
GENERAL: Entrants release and waive any claim they may have against Releasees and their respective employees, officers, directors, shareholders, affiliates, subsidiaries, parent and related companies and agencies for injuries, claims, damages or losses, costs or expenses of any kind resulting from acceptance of, use or misuse of a prize or parts thereof or from participation in this Sweepstakes.
If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, or if this Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) becomes corrupted or does not allow the proper playing of the Sweepstakes and processing of Entries per these rules, or if infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, actions by Entrants, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual implicated in such action, and/or to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Sweepstakes or any portion thereof. In the event this Sweepstakes is canceled or terminated, Sponsor reserves the right to conduct a random drawing to award the prizes from among all eligible, non-suspect Entries received prior to the time of the action or event warranting such cancellation. If such cancellation, termination, modification or suspension occurs, notification will be posted at https://mysolluna.com/lets-be-friends-text-giveaway. ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Where a dispute arises about who received a Qualifying Entry, the Qualifying Entry will be deemed submitted by the individual whose email address was submitted at the time of Entry. A potential winner may be requested to provide the Sponsor with proof that the potential winner is the ‘authorized account holder’ of the email address entered. The authorized account holder is deemed the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, service provider, or other online organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.
