Do you ever have any problems with being TOO lean?? I try to eat when I’m hungry and eat very clean, but I am concerned that my body fat is too low! I feel good but don’t want to be too skinny because women need some healthy fat on their bodies 🙂 I try to eat healthy fats for extra calories, but I have trouble digesting it and get gas and start to get symptoms of steatorrhea. Any suggestions???
