Hi Kim,
I love the book and have been incorporating the GGS and lots more greens in y diet. I have eliminated dairy and cut way back on meats and gluten. I am sooo bloated! Any ideas?
Hey Amy,
Remember Chapter 6 on cleansing!!! Eating well is only half of the program. Check out my info in that chapter on transitioning and making sure you are cleansing continuously. xx
Hi Kim,
I love your book and have been following the Radiant Beauty for the last 2 weeks. I have eliminated all animal products and that has been the easiest thing for me to do. I am having a difficult time staying away from beans and legumes because I really love lentils and all types of bean soups. I know you said that they are the “oops” food, but does Quiona fit into that same category? It is also a starch that has protein? Besides the digestion part which you mentioned in the book (which doesn’t affect me), is there any other reason I should refrain from eating them?
Thank you,
Patty
Hi Patty,
You can enjoy your beans and legumes as long as you enjoy plenty of greens and salads.
Quinoa and millet digest really cleanly, especially when soaked overnight.
I would take a digestive enzyme before eating legumes, as they tend to be gassy. xx
