I would love to have an hour consultation with you. I’m working, married and a mom and I have found it really hard to take time out for myself. My daughter is two and I can’t seem to get the last 20 pounds off, which is A LOT! Not only the weight but I also feel like I look so much OLDER and I’m only 32 years old. Kim- I love your book so much! For the most part I am on track with my diet but how do you stay so focused all the time I will do good for a month then bad the next always back and forth. Want to be consistent but having trouble. Any inspiration for me?

People need to stop using Jan. 1 as an excuse to make resolutions or change something that is wrong. If you want to something changed or to be resolved, and you’re serious about it, do it now. Waiting for the New Year is just a procrastination and you will fail.
