Here it is, my Dreamy Creamy Avocado Dressing Recipe. This is an absolutely delicious dressing which requires no oil! The perfect dish to accompany my taco salad recipe! Remember avocado contains water and its own enzymes and is much less dense than oil, making it a better fat source.

Can this be made a day ahead?
Hi Kimberly! I’m really enjoying your blog and book!I love the GGS and I also juice. I eat a lot of greens and raw veggies that I would love to try this dressing! How long,do you think, could it be kept in the fridge? Thanks!
Avocados are my absolute favorite!! I would love it if there was a smoothie with them?
Thanks!
I just tried this dressing today. I love it! I added a little bit of cayenne pepper to it for a kick, but it was great with my kale & romaine lettuce salad. I can’t wait to use it for a dip for my veggies. Thanks, Kim!
WOW is all I have to say about this recipe. Easy, tasty, incredible!
Oh my goodness, just had to let everyone know how freaking good this is. I’m a wuss, so I added hardly any spice to mine, but I was tempted to just eat the dressing by the spoonful!
A few posts down Summer says she added some cayenne pepper, I tried just a pinch (literally) so that’s what I meant by adding spice (even though recipe doesn’t call for it.)
Hi Kimberly,
I wasn’t sure where to post this, I have a question and hopefully you can assist :)
I wondered what king of bags do you use for nut milks?, I am asking because I have read about the issues with the fabric, being processed it can have GMO’s, and other chemicals that can disrupt your hormones.
I have tried the cotton one, but I find that they tend to mould really quickly, I did try and soak it with water and vinegar, that didn’t help and now…I don’t know what to do. So, I am looking for a new one, any recommendations would be great.
Thanks.
I love love love this dressing. I have started the new life 2 weeks ago, smoothie every morning, I quit dairy and meat. Feeling much better and happier !!
Thank you Kim for your book and your blog.

I am so inspired, living in miami there are hot bods every where. My weight loss journeys in the past leave me yo yoing. I am going to take everything I have read in your book with baby steps and try to make the changes perminent. This dressing sounds absolutely delicious, exactly what I need to start getting those salads down at lunch time. Do I use a large avocado or a small for this recipe?
I made this yesterday and it was amazing! I plan to make it on a regular basis for salads and a dip for veggies. I’m going to make it for my kids and husband today and see what they think.
I simply couldn’t leave your site prior to suggesting that I actually loved the usual info a person supply to your guests? Is gonna be again frequently to check out new posts
I made this but added an extra clove of garlic and subbed cilantro for dill. Amazing!!
I was skeptical, but this is my new favorite dressing. It’s very easy to make.
