The emphasis of the yoga segment was poses that help stimulate and benefit various organs and systems, and goes from beginner to advanced. Don’t worry- you don’t have to be able to twist into a pretzel to get benefits! Very easy versions work great too.
In the second segment, I did a demo of my Vanilla Active Shake recipe that we are serving at GLOW BIO. We use sprouted buckwheat groats and our own raw sprouted almond milk.
